Windscheid + Wendel scenic hydraulic elevator at the Luminaden
When I filmed it, this elevator probably had the slowest leveling ever. I called it down to the parking level, and it had to relevel not once, but twice before the doors finally opened. Also, it had to relevel at the top level.
An interesting thing about this mall is that when entering where I ended the video, you walk along a shopping hallway which has a slight slope so that you reach the atrium at the first floor.
